Sofa Surfer is a short film telling the story of a young woman from Hackney, JRC, who spent years staying on friends' and relatives' sofas and, once again, has nowhere to go.
No-one knows how many young people in London are sofa surfing - living on sofas in the homes of friends or relatives with nowhere else to go.
Almost everyone knows someone in this situation. It's a form of hidden homelessness.
The instability can affect their health, education and their chance of getting and keeping a job.
Sofa Surfer launched in December 2011 at BOXPARK, Shoreditch. Add your voice to the campaign or tell your story below.
